1. Corporate Chef (Seremban-Negeri Sembilan)
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, manage and execute new product development projects based on researched consumer
needs analysis.
- Ensure all raw material used is suitable in terms of functionality, compliance to local legislative
requirement (e.g. HALAL) and cost competitiveness.
- Work with strategic vendor partners to create and provide detailed, accurate documentation for recipes,
photos and product commercialization
- Document new recipes and procedures for ease of execution, consistency and accuracy. Ensure recipes
are in compliance to local food, health and sanitation standards.
- Develop Recipe Cards, training and supporting materials for Training Department.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a recognized Diploma or Degree in Culinary or Hospitality or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in hospitality or catering industry
- Knowledge of both western and Chinese cuisine
- Excellent communications and people skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese and computer literate
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Full-Time position available
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
2. Service Crew
- At least SPM or Secondary school qualification
- Ability to be disciplined, punctual and motivated
- Have a pleasant looking and cheerful personality
- Able to provide good customer service
- Possess a positive attitude and are enthusiastic to customer service and to teamwork
- Willing to work in shifts
- With good communication and interpersonal skill
3. Kitchen Crew
- At least SPM or Secondary school qualification
- Ability to be disciplined, punctual, motivated and hardworking
- Ensure a high level of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness is maintained.
- Maintain accuracy in measurement of ingredients to ensure consistency in food preparation
- Willing to work in shifts
